The monastery of St.John,which is built on a steep rock on the river,is about 8 kilometers away . Pease note that you will need to walk a bit (800meters), to get close to the location.
ps : Because you will walk on a stone and dirt path until you reach the monastery, sports or mountaineering shoes are necessary.
